Programme rules

  1. Who benefits. ENSEMBLE! is the loyalty programme of WE ACTEAM, for its business clients and partners. It is free and without commitment.
  2. Earning acts. Every service signed with WE ACTEAM earns 1 act per euro invoiced excluding VAT, options and extras included. Acts are credited to the contact named on the deal the day after the last day of the event. WE ACTEAM may also offer acts, for instance to thank a recommendation.
  3. What an act is worth. 1 act = €0.01 given by WE ACTEAM to a charity project: €10,000 excl. VAT = 10,000 acts = a real €100 donation. Acts cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, used as a discount or transferred.
  4. Validity. Each credit of acts is valid for 12 months from its credit date (acts credited on August 15, 2026 can be used until August 15, 2027 included). After that, acts not placed expire. When you give, those that expire first go first. We warn you by email before they expire.
  5. Placing acts. You freely choose the project(s) you support. A gift is final.
  6. When a project reaches its goal, WE ACTEAM funds the action with the partner charity and shares news of it here.

Personal data and cookies

Data used: name, work email and company (from our client records), acts earned, given and expired, last sign-in date. They are used to run the programme and keep you informed of your balance and the projects. They are neither sold nor passed to the charities. Your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection): we@we-acteam.com; you may contact the CNIL.

Sign-in uses a link sent to your address, valid 15 minutes and once. The site only sets a technical session cookie and a language cookie: no analytics, no advertising.
